Tram Ticket Sales: Trams in the city center don't accept cards, which made buying tickets a bit inconvenient.

It was convenient to have a safe place to park my car without the hassle of street parking. the staff working at the hotel were friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made interactions enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was good, with a variety of healthy and tasty options to choose from.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the condition of the room. It was not as advertised, with old furniture, creaking doors, and drafty windows.
